On top of all that Speaky said, Andy is well respected and a really good guy to deal with. Glad to hear he will be on board.

So... now they know who to write the checks to, where do they get sent? Better to pass cash, though.

What a great list of talent!!!
I for one cannot wait for this race, considering I am going to take a night off from the greatest job in the world to come to it! Hit the pits early and then the Beer Garden for the races!! Can't Wait!!! Scott make sure they have extra beer and that its extra cold cause Budah is coming to PARTY!!! lol
Where is Owen Riddle on that list?? Come on Owen, make whatever small change you need to make and get over for this. You have a chance at $13,000!!!!
Actually stay away Owen cause my boy Garret Archer is gonna take it!!!!

I wonder if Owen Riddle's name will be added to the list. Him and Ron Eaton are eligible for for a $2,000 bonus. That would be 13K to win.

Yes what a great event that will take place here in a couple weeks but lets address the real issue why are we favoring compression motors with the rules???? Let me guess your gonna all tell me that after 100 laps there tires will be gone well there is a second 100 and anopther set of four you can put on I beleive either you add more weight to the compression motors or you let the crates have 100 off and pull the rev chip lets make this a little bit fair. Also coming into the 29th the compression motor gets another 50 pounds off from what they ran last saturday night and Naima was a half second off at that rule combination during qualifying and lets face it that never happens just food for thought. Not trying to start a bashing thread i think its great wat es is doing and Mr Hobbs but I think we need to equal the playing field.

He can you say that the crate don't have an advantage??

I crew on a crate motor team and I still think the crate motors have a upper hand. Look at Dan Moore in the first race. He was all over Gary until the checkered flag. Look at the second race, the only reason Mann destroyed the field was because his tires had maybe 10 laps on them. Other then that, race two would have been a crate motor domination.

Look at Gary the 2nd race after they gave him a 1/4 inch different size plate. He was getting beat by crate motors down the straights. How is that fair?

I still think the track favors crate engines, so don't try to screw the big motors any more than they already are

If you do the math.... Crate motors at 400 hp have 6,75 lbs. per HP. A good running compression motor lets say it makes 540 hp and a 2850 lb car has 5.27 lbs per hp.
Or turn it around.... .148 hp/lb or .189 hp/lb. respectivly thats a .041 hp difference per lb.

You cant call this gospal because some crates make a bit more and some comp motors make a bit less (some make more too)I think the field is pretty close it should be a close fun race.

Old tour races in the 80s and 90s always had around 40 cars.Lots of carnage.
