A lot of us know what's going on with guys like Ron Hornaday, Jr., Rick Carelli, Doug George and M.K. Kanke these days, but what about some of the other Southwest Tour drivers? I'd like to hear some updates about the following drivers and what they're up to today.

Troy Beebe
Brett Bell
Rene Bourgois
Ken Boyd
Roman Calczynski
Mike Chase
Gary Collins
Dennis Dyer
Ron Esau
Roger Gannon
Bryan Germone
Will Harper
Mike Hood
Ray Hooper, Jr.
Steve Johnson
Loran Kelley
Randy Laskowsky
Bob Lyon
Doug McCoun
John Paques
Ken Pederson
Mark Perry
Dan Press
Mark Reed
Jim Thirkettle
Keith Van Houten

I can give an update on Randy Olson, who raced the tour for many years. He's raced thunder roadsters, primarily at Redwood Acres Raceway but he's also done some road racing in it as well.

Gary Collins is crew chief for Kevin Callahan in the SRL series.

Have seen Jim Thirkettle at Irwindale helping his son Travis.

Also saw Ray Hooper Jr. at The Bullring in Vegas earlier this year, racing in a super late model.

If you search Dan Press Industries or DPI, I think you'll find what Dan has been doing.

What ever happened to Ron Hornaday's son? Wasn't he racing for a while a few years ago?

What ever happened to Mike Skinner's 2 boys. I know they were both racing, and one of them ran a truck race at Martinsville last year. Not sure which one.

Did either Hornaday's or Skinner's kids ever "make it"?
