Looking for somewhere to get an IMCA wheel 15x8, 5on5, with a 0" backspace/offset. Have scene these wheels before but not sure where to get them. Everywhere I call says they can only do a 1" backspace/offset. Anyone have any ideas on where I could get this made?

I think he is talking about true 0" backspacing, so when the wheel is laying on the ground the backside of the mounting surface would be touching the ground along with the bead. I've never heard of them existing.

This is what I'm talking about. They do exist I have seen them, but that team will not say were they get them.
I have called paulson, no go. I'll try Chris at FRE.
Thanks

So do we, can you run a longer a-arm on the right side? what front clip? You can get a little more length out of the RS by moving out the lower ball joint. Most rules allow you to weld in some type of screw in ball joint holder.

They can be made & I know exactly which car you saw them on. They wouldn't give me the manufacturer either but I tracked em down after a ton of calls & explanations to every major wheel company in the nation. Here's the downer...after all that work, AAS said they would be outlawed for the 2011 season but remain legal for the rest of 2010???Frustrated

It wasnt in the rules. Last year the DOC at the time said they will be outlawed for next year. Also last year at the end of the season they kind of got rid of the wheel spacer / adaptor rule. They didnt care how many spacers you had or adaptors as long as you met the tread with rule. So the zero ofset wheels wouldnt do you any good anyway. This year it might be diferent we will just all have to wait and see.

Also they are not actually a zero ofset wheel. They have about a 3/8" backspace.

Just read the AAS 2011 rules, adaptor / spacer rule is gone. It also says any steel wheel, no wide 5.
