I started with the bar lower and ended up raising it and the car was a little better. Went from 2 rounds in swaybar up to 3.5 and that helped also. Just looking for a little more grip in center. Car is good entering and has good drive off corner. Ordered stiffer bump rubbers for rf and may change rr spring also. We have another practice in a couple weeks before the first race.Times are pretty good for the first time in the car, just need to knock it down a couple tenths and i know i can with more seat time.

Maybe try lowering it and making your car fast.

More front grip.

Less wedge did you rescale after test. RF bump, less wedge,or more stagger.

I have not rescaled since last practice but I will before the next.
I ordered 80 duro rubbers for the rf and will try to get more stagger also. Just looking
For opinions incase I'm missing something.

When you raised the bar, how much did your times improve?

Like you said, find ways for front grip. Do some research. No one is going to tell you. And when you do finally get more front grip, lower the bar back down.

You took out rear grip to compensate for no front grip.

Like Rock says...you need to follow your tire temps. They tell the story

Your car is set up pretty good. any stiffer RR would blister.cowboy the fronts u got and tie town the front.... Pay more attention to the LF. That corner makes a car turn... timing is EVERYTHING

i agree 100% the LF is the most important tire, tire temps are not near as critical as rock says, it all matters what the stopwatch says......

what iam sayin is ive had cars that have won races and were hooked up like on rails and the tire temps be way off, and ive had cars that are 3 tenths off and be within 10 deg on all 4 corners, u could spend alot of time chasin tire temps and not gettin any faster,,,,good luck to you and your tire temps, O and ur "contact patch"Grin

What shock settings are you at. Tie down the left Frt with a 12 to 14 Rebound. and a 6 compression.Think about the next bigger bar. Also remember that cross has way less effect when you are on the bump stops so use bump stop shims instead of adjusting cross.Do you bump stop in the LR?

Practice was cancelled today because of rain and rescheduled for tuesday. I have made a few small changes and double checked caster only to find 0*in lf and only 1* in rf. Made a change there and will see how it goes. I think the rebound on the shocks goes as high as 11.. I think. Sure has been fun so far but just a tad different than a kartSmile
