Stateline paid the demo bumpers $100 to start for everyone. You could get a car going for that class for about $300. Sounds like a great deal to me

I've been told by a couple drivers in the SCR Bumpers that in order to compete you need to have a built engine. One driver told me it's ridiculous how much money some have invested into their cars. So much that they could've built a street stock or ICAR. All the added steel + an engine with enough HP to move that car and steel at a competitive speed is recipe for disaster, hence the full cages. That compares in no way to the stateline class.
