Glad to see that somebody shows interest in the old warriors. For most of us, some of those names belong to our hero's. Some of us also grew up to use the numbers of our old hero's. One of the Ingram brothers works in Sunnyside for the County Public Works, running a road grader and getting close to retirement. Remember how they used to mix it up...even with each other.

At Yakima speedway, last weekend, I saw one of my hero's. He drove the old 8 ball car. Yes it was...BUCK BENGE!! We sat in the bleachers, watching the races and talking. What a great time. Buck has had medical issues recently and is now using a walker for assistance. He can't believe what race cars cost these days, but say's that if he were young....he'd probably do it again. These days, he is just happy to be alive.
