To respond to your last question. We run at a flat 1/2 mile. I don't consider that track to be a hard braking place. Gental application and then we let the car roll the center. It is good to move suspension by hand without shock and spring, but like I said before, we had interference at full compression on our coil over spring. It moved free by hand, but not at compression. We had to tip the top of the shock inward and it made a world of difference for us. We also took the spindle off to make sure ball joints were free with no hard spots or binds.
