Community Cares Betty Steele

Betty Steele passed away Sunday, July 29, 2012.

Betty worked sign-in and most will probably remember her best from signing in with her at the Winston West races and the back gate at Irwindale Speedway.

Betty also was a Powder Puff racer in her day.

Godspeed Betty. You were quite a lady! Thanks for being so nice to us.

I so wanted a photo to add and have more than a few but where are they when I want them? I know there are people that may not recognize the name but would definitely recognize the face. If someone has one handy, would love to add.

From her niece, Debbie Mills: "Each of you had a special place in her heart. Let's all remember the fun times we had and smile."
