Community Cares Floyd E. Allen

PASCO, Washington --Floyd E Allen passed away on July 26, 2009 after a battle with cancer. He spent 25 years racing at Tri-City Raceway and Umatilla Speedway. For a short period of time he was the flag man at Umatilla Speedway. He will be greatly missed.

Family and friends are invited to attend the memorial service at the Kennewick Eagles, on Saturday, August 8, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. at his request no funeral services will be held.
