Community Cares Taylor Blackburn

Taylor Blackburn, of Ephrata (Wash.) passed away July 16 from injuries recieved in a rollover the previous day. Blackburn drove the #16 Youth Hornet at Ephrata Raceway Park to a championship in 2009.
