| Just wanted to let all of our racing friends know that Wayne passed away today, after a short battle with cancer. I will miss him so much as I know alot of his racing friends will, too. He fought to the end. We are planning a service and celebration hopefully for next Saturday June 9, in Port Angeles. I will let you know more. Thanks for all the prayers the last few months. -- Debbi Miller | .: Community Cares Index- Bob, Valerie Leon,Conrad Marshal and Jason Fox

Debbi,, our love & hugs go out to you and the family. You can be sure that you are in our prayers through this season of time. We ...and all of the Northwest racing family ...will surely miss Wayne. He was one of the very first people I met when I started with the Northwest Series and over the years brought many laughs and smiles to me. Please let us know if we can help in any way. Our phone is always open Debbi ...24x7. Draw near to the Lord and look to His comfort. He won't let you down and knows your pain and lonelyness.
Bob n Kathy - Ken Buchanan
Condolences, did not know Wayne very long or well as others. Knew him on and off from the NW Tour end of the 90’s first of the 00’s. Then picked up a 65 Nova from his place (he was already in N.C.) from his brother. Drove with next to no sleep from here to N.C. unloaded the Nova, worked on a couple race cars, then towed a car to the World Series of Asphalt Racing 2003 in New Smyrna Fla. Raced with him and Bob Fox an the crew for 8 days and 9 nights. The absolute best and most fun time I have ever had at the track. Have not been to the track much since that time. If I could have half as much fun as I had on that trip to the track it would be a great time. After that trip it was like we had been friends for years. My Prayers are with you and the family Debbie, and Wayne, Gods Speed, see you upstairs! - Wilbur

Dearest Debbie... I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I enjoyed working with Wayne so much on John's team. I really learned a lot from his years of experience. More importantly I was introduced to just an all around great person. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this trying time. I know the love of this great man will carry you through.
