| Hi Everyone,
During the summer we asked for special prayers for our friend & avid racing fan Zach Lowing from Tucson AZ. Zach is 13 years old & has Nephrotic Syndrome. He was in Lucile Packard Childrens Hospital in Pala Alto.Ca ( Stanford University) all summer. He finally got to go home in August and was able to start school but only lasted 2 days and got pneumonia. He has been out of school and battling his disease with great courage and never quit attitude. Unfortunatley he has been taken back to Stanford due to the fact his kidneys started to fail and just couldn't take the strain anymore. They will be removing both of Zach's kidneys on Wednesday October 29th. He will remain there until probably the week of Thanksgiving. He will be on dialysis for six months and hopfully they will be able to transplant a kidney from his father in six months & be free of this disease. He will have to return to Stanford for the transplant and remain there for six months after recovery. Zach was looking forward to the Phoenix race and had tickets since March for the whole weekend. His bedroom is a tribute to Dale Earnhardt and he is a big Tony Stewart fan. Along with many others. Everyone was great this summer sending him letters, cards, special gifts but most important your prayers. So any prayers or cards from everyone would be a great uplift to him and his family. Thanks a million and God Bless all of you, keep you safe and in his care. You can write to Zach at:
