June 22, 2001 Afternoon-- "Clueless" update (well, it's not the first time): June 22, 2001 Morning -- NASCAR Featherlite Southwest Series driver M K Kanke will undergo surgery today for leg injuries he suffered while qualifying for the Snap-On 200 on Thursday afternoon at Sears Point Raceway in Sonoma (Calif.). RacingWest user Clueless has stated, "His femur was broken badly enough that he needs a rod and some pins implanted". Kanke has accumulated four wins, six top-tens and a 186 point lead in the Series seven completed events of the 2001 season.
