Canadian racer Carl Harr has been involved as a driver in racing since 1969. Starting in the NHRA Drag Races. Since 1993 Harr has been a competitor on the Canadian Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (CASCAR) Series. This tough as nails racer can be found consistently fighting for the lead at any CASCAR Series event.
