Bobby Hillis made his NASCAR Winston West Series debut in 2000 at Phoenix International Raceway. Competing in only four events that year, Hillis captured his first top 10 finish at Rocky Mountain Raceways in Salt Lake City. Hillis will be competing for the NWWS Rookie-of-the-Year title in 2002.
