Matt Kelley Driver Bio
Matt Kelley began racing at Evergreen Speedway before joining the Raybestos Brakes Northwest Touring Series (a NASCAR Series) in 2000. In only his third start on the series, and the first time ever running a road course event, Kelley finished second behind Steve Petty at the Oregon 100 held at Portland International Raceway. Kelley grabbed seven top-ten finishes in his rookie season.
