Kevin Culver Driver Bio
Kevin Culver competed at his hometown track of Portland (Ore.) Speedway for several years in the limited sportsman division. He won 12 events at the historic 1/2-mile track. Culver began competing in the NASCAR Winston West Series on a limited basis in 1994. He teamed up with second-generation car owner Richard Kieper to run the full schedule in 1997, finishing fifth in the championship standings. He competed in the NASCAR Exhibition race in Suzuka City, Japan. He currently runs select events.
