Sean Woodside Driver Bio
Sean Woodside is a second-generation competitor. Like many other NASCAR Winston West Series champions he honed his skills as a driver at Saugus (Calif.) Speedway, where he won the NASCAR Weekly Racing Series sportsman division championship in 1994. He returned in 1994 for a second title. Woodside finished second in the NASCAR Weekly Racing Series late model championship standings at Mesa Marin Raceway in Bakersfield, Calif. in 1996. He joined the champonship Golden West Motorsports team to compete in the NASCAR Winston West Series in 1997. He finished second in the championship standings his rookie year. In 1999 he drove for car owner Bill McAnally and together they won the championship. In 2000 Woodside joined Bob Farmer and competed in the entire NASCAR Featherlite Southwest Touring Series along with racing select events for car owner Donna Walker in the NASCAR Winston West Series.
