DEAN KUHN IRONING OUT THE WRINKLES
 WINSTON WEST SERIES
 

OCEANSIDE, CA -- It seems that Dean Kuhn and the Double D Motorsports team have their entire 1999 season ironed out, almost. With a signing of a major sponsor for the Orleans 150, a new engine deal and a possible marketing contract in the works.

Five Star Auto Club has joined the team for the March 5th Winston West Series event at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Five Star has been helping people nationwide with vehicle leasing since 1984. Their website can be found at http://www.nucar4u.com.

The Double D Motorsports team is also close to signing a sponsorship deal for the remainder of the season. If things come to fruition, this will allow the team to concentrate and better prepare for upcoming races. The marketing partner will also benefit, by getting

It was also announced that after the completion of the Las Vegas event, Larry Mollicone will take over work on the team's engines. "We are excited to work with Larry and hope to do so for years to come", voiced Kuhn.

Kuhn is currently entered as a Series Sears Point Raceway Rookie-of-the-Year contender. Before joining the Winston West Series he raced at Cajon Speedway in El Cajon, Calif., in street stocks and Grand American Modifieds. ####
