PHOENIX, ARIZ -- A lot of owners have to take their driver's word on how difficult the track is to drive. Joe Nava, owner of the #77 Banks Power Ford Taurus, has found a solution to this problem. Get behind the wheel and give the track a spin, only in Nava's case it is a joystick. Armed with Electronic Art's NASCAR '99 video game, he is able to get a virtual lap around Phoenix International Raceway. Even though the differences between the game and actual driving conditions may very severely, he still thinks it gives him a realistic enough feel for the track. As long as there is a steering wheel in the car and not a joystick, Joe Bean's job should be secure. RacingWest: What do you like the most about racing at PIR?
