BAKERSFIELD, CA -- Due to extreme weather conditions the NASCAR Winston West "Coors Light 200" and the NASCAR Winston Racing Series "Mechanix Wear 100" have been postponed to the Mesa Marin Memorial Day Classic Weekend, May 29 and 30. All purchased tickets for these events will be honored at the front gate ticket office on the day of the race.

Ron Hornaday, who was scheduled to race in today's "Coors Light 200" plans to return to Mesa Marin Raceway on May 30.

The schedule for the weekend includes:
Saturday, May 29 NASCAR Featherlite Southwest Series "Memorial Day 100"
NASCAR Winston Racing Series "Texaco Xpress Lube 100"
NASCAR Winston Racing Shortrack Series

Sunday, May 30 NASCAR Winston West Series
"Coors Light 200"
NASCAR Winston Racing Series
"Mechanix Wear 100"
