ERIC NORRIS JOINS TEAM5STAR RACING ASSOCIATION

IRWINDALE, California -- Eric Norris overcame tire problems at Irwindale Speedway after a rather disappointing qualifying run, to finish this Saturday's inaugural NASCAR Winston West Series race at Irwindale Speedway without incident. Tires may have been a handicap for qualifying, but they proved to be acceptable when the Irwindale 250 by Jan's Towing went green. Norris moved his way through the field coming from the 22nd position to finish with a top ten, his third in a row. Norris is currently 7th in the standings.

Team5Star looks to a great season promoting Norris, racing in not only the NASCAR Winston West Series, but also the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Divisions.
