GILLILAND EXCITED ABOUT LABOR DAY RACE

ANAHEIM, California -- This coming labor day weekend, the Ralphs/Food 4 Less Race Team will head to Salt Lake City, for the series' first ever race in Utah, at the Bank One 250 at Rocky Mountain Raceway.

"This is going to be an exciting weekend for everyone I think", said Butch, on the weekends event. "I think that only a few of the drivers have been on this track, so there aren't many teams with a huge advantage. Since this is a new track for the series, no records or winners have been established for the NASCAR Winston West series".

While in Salt Lake the Ralphs/Food 4 Less Race Team will have their #1 race car on display at the Smith's grocery store in Magna, Utah from 1:00 - 5:00 PM on Sunday, along with team driver Butch Gilliland.

The team is coming off of a third place finish at Irwindale Speedway 2 weeks ago and is feeling confident about another top 3 finish at the new track. "We set the first pole at Irwindale for the West Series", said Butch. "It would be great to set the first record at Rocky Mountain Raceway." The race will be aired on a tape delay basis on the CBS affiliate KUTV Television on Saturday September 25th at 4 PM EDT.
