DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Feb. 13, 2005) – Several leading NASCAR Dodge Weekly Series track operators were honored with NASCAR’s annual “team player” awards. NASCAR President Mike Helton was on hand for the awards ceremony, held Sunday, Feb. 13 at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach.
The awards are given annually to tracks in recognition of their contributions to the sport of NASCAR racing. Award-winning tracks have demonstrated excellence in promotion, competition and facility operations. This year’s winners include:
