PORT ANGELES, Washington -- The Northwest Outlaw Street Stock Series starts its third season at Port Angeles Speedway on April 23rd with the Nu-Tread Tires 100. This speedway is the home track of 2004 season champion, Jimmy Allen Jr. Last year’s winner of this race, Steve Blankinship, will not be returning as he’s moved to the Late Model Challenge Series.
The sophomore season for this traveling series boasted fifty-six drivers taking points, with the expectation of the same number or more for the 2005 season.
Returning drivers include 2003 season champion, Brad Borton of Graham, Gary Flammang of Everett, Dave Lund of Arlington, Bill Patty of Quincy, and Randy Laswell of Spokane, to name a few.
New to the series this year, is the mandatory ten inch spoiler to set these cars apart from other street
stock classes.![]()
