LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- Competing in round two of the ASA Speed Tuck Challenge Series, Justin Fisher and JF Racing, Inc. look to continue the momentum of their stellar third place finish and trophy dash win from the Irwindale Raceway season opener.

Last year in Justin's first ASA Speed Truck Challenge race, he qualified 3rd quickest and finished 6th. The success from both the first race and their last visit proved to be there as Justin was one of the fastest trucks in practice Friday night. As Justin notes, "This is great! We are really happy with the way the truck is working. I think we really have a chance at winning this one!"

Qualifying began under the lights at Las Vegas Speedway. With a proven strategy from Friday, Justin went out to qualify and was able to put the Iron Eagle Motorcycles, Arrowlane Racing truck in 9th position. It wasn't what Fisher was looking for, but offered a good starting position on the inside lane for the beginning of the long 75 lap race later that evening. "We thought we had the setup nailed, but this set of stickers reacted differently from last set. All we can do now is let Justin do what he's good at and get us to the front" Jim Fisher, owner of JF Racing Inc.

With the drop of the green flag, Justin shot like a rocket from 9th all the way up to 5th place. Looking to move into fourth position, Justin came into contact with his competitor resulting in him spinning out and Justin winning the spot but damaging his right front corner. Due to his involvement in an accident causing a yellow flag, the ASA Speed Truck Challenge officials moved Justin to the back of the pack. Unfortunately this is a standard rule and is enforced every time this situation arises. While still under the yellow flag, and already at the back, Justin came into the pits to have his right front corner looked at by his crew. The right front fender was rubbing on the tire that would have caused a serious problem. The fender was fixed and Justin was back on his way before the green came back out.

At the restart Justin lined up in 34th position and recalled thinking, "I couldn't believe what happened! All I knew is that I wasn't going to stay there! Chris and all the guys have given me a great truck and I am not going to let them down!" And in normal fashion, Justin continued to demonstrate why he is going to be a dominant force in this sport, by working his way all the way up to 3rd position. "He put on a clinic today of how to recover from disaster and turn it into a positive" Crew Chief, Chris Hines. It was then noted by the race officials that the first five yellow flag laps do count of an accident and there fore automatically put Justin a couple of laps down and resulting in a disappointing 18th place finish.

"Racing is like a roller coaster, when it goes well everything is great, when it goes bad, it just seems to go worse! I would just like to thank my guys and everyone involved. This is not going to slow us down; we will be ready for Mesa Marin and without a doubt ready to win!
