SALT LAKE CITY, Utah --Craig Racing is excited to announce that Brad Ostler of Pleasant Grove, Utah has been recruited as a driver for the Late Model series within the Craig Racing Driver Development Program.
Craig Racing has been scouting stock car drivers for each NASCAR series in their driver development program from the Late Model to the Nextel Cup.
Brad has worked along side his father John Ostler, General Manager of Craig Racing, for many years. At the age of 22, Brad began working with late models and eventually served two years as crew chief for a 3-time championship Utah/Idaho team. Brad will be driving a brand new #5 late model and his first race is scheduled to take place on July 9th at the Rocky Mountain Raceway in Salt Lake City, Utah.
“We are excited to welcome Brad as our newest driver,” says Rick Craig, driver for the team’s Grand National West series. “Craig Racing is working on building a strong team, and Brad brings with him the crucial skills and experience necessary in obtaining this goal.”
