
STOCKTON, California -- The NASCAR Autozone Elite Division Southwest tour series rolls into Stockton 99 Speedway Saturday night July 16th and Andersons Ryan Foster will be there in his continued pursuit of SUNOCO’s 2005 Rookie of the Year honors. Foster is currently in strong contention for Rookie of the Year standings with Don Campbell of Campbell and Dustin Jones from Tuscon Arizona. Overall point standings hold Foster in 19th place after 7 completed events.
Foster has competed in 4 of the 7 Southwest Tour races to date and has recorded 1 top 5, 2 top 10’s and one 13th place finish at Irwindale. Foster has also impressed race fans and officials with 2 POWERADE Power Move of the race awards and is the leader in that category above Jeff Jefferson, Mike Ledbetter and Greg Voigt.
The Foster Motorsports team has also enlisted the services of Northern California based GMooreAudio, a Professional Media and Marketing entity serving Radio and Television for more than a quarter century. “We have an aggressive marketing plan for 2006” say’s President Gary Moore who is a 25 year veteran of the broadcast and media industry and a specialist at public appearances and promotional events. “We believe that Ryan Foster will be a force in the Nascar Autozone Elite Division Southwest Tour and our Motorsports Marketing plan will reflect our relentless pursuit of competition and promotional capacity”.
The Foster Motorsports team will practice Friday night at Stockton in preparation for the “Autozone stores Stockton 125 by Havoline” that runs on Saturday.
