MONROE, Washington -- Evergreen Speedway the only NASCAR sanctioned race track in the Northwest will honor its 2005 Champions on Saturday November 19 at the Skagit Valley Casino Resort. Point Leaders will be presented their respective awards at this prestigious event that concludes a very successful 2005 race season.
The Champions that will be crowned are Jamie Richardson (NASCAR Mini-Stocks), Travis Blackwood (Les Schwab Tires NASCAR Bombers), Shane Harding (Speedway Chevrolet NASCAR Super Stocks) and the first ever Stinger 8 Champion Steve Baumgartner.
As in previous years this Tie & Coat only event is expected to be well attended and seating is limited. Immediate reservations are needed to assure your attendance and preferred seating.
The Skagit Valley Casino Resort is located at 5984 N. Darrk Lane, Bow Washington. This premier venue for such a large event was a large success last year and with even more improvements to the banquet facilities it promises to be the best ever. Attendees can obtain an Evergreen Speedway special hotel room rate.
