CHOWCHILLA, California -- NASCAR Grand Nation Division, AutoZone West Series driver Eric Humphries and his # 25 T.O.E Performance/Red Line Oil Ford are set for the 1 mile superspeedway of Phoenix International Raceway (PIR) on Jan 21-22. The team has spent the off months preparing for the Cooper World Classic season opener.
Humphries is currently looking for a sponsor to run a full NASCAR Grand Nation Division, AutoZone West Series, and also making a run for Sunoco Rookie of the Year Award.
“After sitting around all winter, I’m excited and ready to roll,” said Humphries. “I have seen the package with the car and motor for PIR and feel confident with my car and crew. As a kid going to PIR, I never thought I would be driving at the Cooper World Classic, but I have been giving the opportunity to follow my dream and am ready to make another go at it—just twice as fast this time.”
