NAPA, California -- The Zampa Racing team is kicking off the 2006 SRL Wild West Shoot Out season opener this weekend a the Shasta Motorsports Complex in Anderson California. The #92 will be running the entire season in memory of Jeff Anthony, with car colors honoring Jeff and his #76 Late Model. Joey Zampa, his team and sponsors are proud and honored to be racing in memory of a four time champion who was a good friend and a great competitor.
Joey is looking to start off the year with a good qualifying effort and a strong top 5 finish at Shasta. In the two previous races at Shasta the Valley Fab Motorsports team has come home with two top five finishes.
