GARY LEWIS WINS PEPSI 125

TWIN FALLS, Idaho -- Gary Lewis won the Pepsi 125 at Magic Valley Speedway in Twin Falls, Idaho as part of the NASCAR AutoZone Elite Division, Northwest Series Saturday night.

Lewis, of Bothell, Wash., took the lead from pole sitter Eddy McKean on the race’s first lap and led the rest of the way. McKean didn’t go far as he crossed the finish line just .267 seconds behind Lewis.

Brandon Riehl worked his way through the field after starting eighth to finish third. Travis Bennett and Jeff Barkshire finished fourth and fifth, respectively.

B.J. Tidrick, Jay Sauls, Troy Tramell, Wilbur Bruce and Mike Longton rounded out the top 10.

The Northwest Series is back in action next week for the Yakima 125 at Yakima (Wash.) Speedway.
