PEYTON SELLERS AND THE #16 NAPA TEAM RETURNS TO RACE AT SONOMA

ANTELOPE, California -- Peyton Sellers will be navigating the #16 NAPA AUTO PARTS/NAPA Belt & Hose Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS through the turns of Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, California as the NASCAR Grand National Division, AZ West Series makes it’s return to the 1.99 road course. This will be the first visit to Infineon for Sellers but a return for the #16 NAPA Chevrolet.

“Infineon Raceway is a beautiful track,” said Sellers. “It reminds me of Road Atlanta with the elevation changes. I’ve had some road course experience but it has been awhile. The team has put together a great car for the event. It is a car that BMR ran in 2004 in the NASCAR Cup event. We’ll have 64-laps to bring home our first win of the season and move us closer to the series championship title.”

With the NASCAR Grand National Division, AZ West Series championship far from decided, this race marks the West Series' first visit to Sonoma since 1998 when Kevin Harvick took the checkered flag en route to winning the series championship that year.

Blue Lizard Australian Suncream 200, NASCAR Grand National Division, AutoZone West Series Race will be on Saturday, June 24th. The green flag will drop at 1 pm PT and be broadcast live on HDNET. An enhanced replay of the race will air on July 6th at 2:30 PT on SPEED Channel.
