CODY PRUITT PREPARES FOR THE CNS RACE

For the second time this season the Southwest and Midwest Series will meet head to head at Colorado National Speedway (CNS). Last June, Cody Pruitt struggled to show his talent amid the numerous teams but this time around the team is more prepared. Since the last race at CNS, Cody has tested with his team, received tips and help from experienced drivers, and raced more Southwest Series races. Additionally, Cody has been finishing more consistently and has been moving up in the points race.

In these combined races, points are determined by the car's finish in relation to other cars from the same series. However, the rivalry between the two series runs deep and drivers from both are planning to finish better than their competitors. This coming Saturday, Pruitt will drive his No. 1 Lenox Homes/HPS Monte Carlo onto the track in Colorado with high hopes. With so many drivers planning on running the race even qualifying can be a challenge. "We hope to qualify for the race and finish strong," Cody stated.
