LEXINGTON, KY -- The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series returns to the broadcast airwaves of SPEED Channel over the Christmas and New Year holidays with racing action from East Bay Raceway Park in Tampa, FL on Sunday Morning, December 24th at 11:30 AM eastern/10:30 AM central time. The East Bay Winternationals will once again show the exciting action of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and will also showcase the racing action at East Bay Raceway which will host the 31st Annual East Bay Winternationals from February 5th – 10th, 2007 sanctioned for the third consecutive year by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series.
Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond, WI will take the racing spotlight on Saturday and Sunday, December 30th and 31st with the broadcast of the "Masters." The side-by-side, dirt slinging action of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series will be shown at 7:30 PM eastern/6:30 PM central on Saturday, December 30th and re-air on Sunday, December 31st at 11:30 AM eastern/10:30 AM central.
The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series telecasts on SPEED feature in-depth driver profiles, exciting in-car camera footage and wheel-to-wheel action from the 2006 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series schedule in which Earl Pearson, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL captured his second consecutive Series title. At the conclusion of a week in Tampa, Fl. the Series then heads to the legendary Brownstown Speedway in Brownstown, IN for the annual "Indiana Icebreaker" on Saturday Night, March 31st with $10,000 on the line to the victor.
