LAS VEGAS -- Plans are underway for the 1st Annual Spencer Clark Golf Tournament at the Silverstone Golf Club in Las Vegas on March 7. Proceeds from the event, which includes a special auction and luncheon, will go to the Spencer Clark Driven Foundation.
Clark, an immensely talented and passionate young race car driver who was quickly rising through the NASCAR ranks, perished in a tragic traffic accident last year. The Spencer Clark Driven Foundation – fueled by his family and friends – is dedicated in his memory and is aimed at helping young drivers, with the same passion and desire, achieve their goals in racing.
Silverstone is one of the most premier facilities in the Las Vegas area. Their beautiful clubhouse will host the auction, luncheon and awards ceremony after the round of golf.
Foursomes for the Spencer Clark Golf Tournament start at $1,000 – which includes green fee, shared golf cart fee and unlimited use of the practice facility.
Event sponsorship for the 1st Annual Spencer Clark Golf Tournament is available for a donation of $5,000. Presenting sponsorships can be secured for a donation of $2,500. Hole sponsorships are available for $1,000 per hole.
Items are also being sought for the silent auction. The auction will take place during the luncheon and awards ceremony, with the winners to be announced immediately afterwards.

One of Clark’s many interests off the track was quietly helping kids out who did not have the resources, access or knowledge to compete at what their talent level would allow. The purpose of the Spencer Clark Driven Foundation is to identify kids who have the potential to race at the highest levels of the sport, but who may not have the wherewithal to seek out their dreams and help them realize them.
