Race Information: Event: Kansas Lottery $150 Grand, Friday, April 27, at 4:00 p.m. Local Time Track: Kansas Speedway Qualifying: Friday, April 27 at 12:45 p.m. Local Time; Track Length: 1.5-mile paved oval.

Welcome Back To ARCA Competition: Jennifer Jo Cobb returns to the ARCA RE/MAX Series this week at Kansas Speedway attempting to make her first start of the season behind the wheel of her No. 82 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS. Cobb last competed in the ARS (ARCA RE/MAX Series) in 2004 driving for KLM Motorsports.

Hometown Event: Jennifer Jo Cobb has picked a familiar place for her return to ARCA competition, her hometown track of Kansas Speedway. She has three starts at the 1.5-mile track including a solid ninth place finish in 2004 driving the No. 19 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. She also has posted finishes of 16th and 33rd respectively in her other two Kansas Speedway efforts.

Glad To Have Support: When Cobb rolls off for practice on Friday, she’ll have the assistance of veteran racecar driver Mike Harmon and his Mike Harmon Motorsports team. A last minute effort has united the two successful racecar drivers for the fifth event on the 2007 ARCA RE/MAX Series schedule. Harmon drives the familiar No. 38 All Sports Amour Chevrolet in competition.

Can’t Do It Without You: Cobb’s No. 82 will carry some very familiar sponsors this week at Kansas Speedway. DriverBoutique.com will serve as the primary sponsor with the logos of Providence Medical Center and Saint John Hospital joining the Cobb Racing team as an associate sponsor for the seventh ARS event held at Kansas Speedway.

Did You Know?: Jennifer Jo Cobb also has a NASCAR Busch Series start at Kansas Speedway in 2006 driving for Jay Robinson Racing. Cobb piloted the No. 49 Providence Medical Center-Saint John Hospital Ford Fusion.

’07 ARCA Plans: While trying to juggle her job with the Richard Petty Driving Experience and growing her newly formed clothing company, Driver Boutique, Cobb plans to build a successful ARCA RE/MAX Series team serving as both the team owner and driver. She plans to run a limited ARCA schedule this season while hoping to expand heavily in 2008 pending sponsorship.

Meet & Greet: Jennifer Jo Cobb will be signing autographs at the Legends at Village West, a shopping facility located directly adjacent to Kansas Speedway this Thursday, April 26 from 6:00-8:00pm local time.

Jennifer Jo Cobb, driver of the No. 82 DriverBoutique.com Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS

On Returning To ARCA: “I am so glad to be back in the ARCA RE/MAX Series garage. This is a fun series to compete in. I have a lot of memories in this series and have met a lot of great people. I’m glad this series is here this weekend at Kansas, I’m definitely looking forward to it.”

On Kansas Speedway: “I like Kansas Speedway. It’s my hometown track; I have a lot of memories here. I also scored my first national top-10 finish here which I will never forget in 2004. I have a feeling it’s going to be a very competitive weekend. We just have to utilize our time wisely in practice, be prepared for qualifying and race very strong and conservative while looking for a good finish. I know it’s possible.

On Team With Mike Harmon “I want to personally thank Mike Harmon for agreeing to help me make this event. He has a long-standing relationship in both NASCAR and the ARCA RE/MAX Series. He will be a great mentor to have and someone who will steer me in the right direction. He wants to see me succeed and I think that’s the best support you can have from a teammate.”

On 2007: “I sure would like to be traveling every week with the ARCA RE/MAX Series, but sponsorship hasn’t materialized just yet. I am working hard on some great opportunities but everything takes time and patience. We are going to try and compete in as many ARCA races as we can this year, but we just need everything to fall into place before we can give an accurate number.”####
