SYVERSON, MCKEE, COTTER WEDNESDAY WINNERS

Leading the Wednesday Night Fever Road Runner point standing for all five weeks of, Syverson of Spokane, out paced dash and heat winner Chuck Davidson for the win in the 20-lap main event. With the win Syverson increased his point lead and became the fifth different feature winner of the season for the division

Matt Hatton set fast time, won the fast dash, claimed the win in the heat races and looked to be on his way to sweeping the 20-plus car Fever 4 field until mechanical problems forced him out of the feature race.

Hatton’s woes enabled previous Fever 4 winner Andrew McKee to take the lead and hold off hard charging Thomas Plybon to win the 35-lap main event. John Vallone finished third, Rusty Webb fourth and Les Billings rallied to fifth after a mid race spin due to liquid on the track.

James Cotter won the Bump to Pass main event taking the lead when the front runners Yvonne Lifsey, the race leader and dash winner, and Darryl Carillio, fast time and heat winner, tangled with each other coming to the white flag.

With one lap to go Cotter picked up the win followed by Carillio, Vern Dorsey and Lifsey.
