Kazuki Saito, veteran roadracer and sometimes USAC Midget driver will make his NASCAR debut in Tucson this weekend at the upcoming round of the NASCAR Featherlite Southwest Tour Championship. Saito, who hails originally from Osaka, Japan and now lives part time in Torrance, California will drive an entry from the Spangler racing team.
