LOUDON, New Hampshire — Scott Lynch travels to the Northeast Kingdom and Loudon, New Hampshire, this weekend with a full schedule on tap: racing in both the Busch East Series’ Aubuchon Hardware 125 and the Craftsman Truck Series’ New Hampshire 200.

“I’m really looking forward to doing double duty this weekend,” says Lynch. “Our run at Milwaukee earlier this summer didn’t go as well as we’d hoped, so we have high hopes for improvement this weekend. Running the (Busch) East race on Friday will help me get the extra seat time I need to get the job done in the Truck race on Saturday.”

In both races, Lynch will pilot the No. 29 Jasper Engines and Transmissions-Intertech Dodge. On Friday, he’ll hotfoot a Charger around the 1.058-mile speedway; on Saturday a Ram Truck.

Friday’s event will be Lynch’s first official Busch East race. However, in the West Grand National Series, Lynch has one championship title, nine wins and twenty-five top-five finishes. While Lynch isn’t a Truck Series veteran, he’s no rookie either. The New Hampshire 200 will be his 16th Truck start since 2003, his sixth of 2007. In total, he has collected two top-15 finishes and five top-20 finishes.

Fielding his Dodge machines is startup Windward Racing Enterprises, led by Aaron Brown, who feels they are ready for this weekend and their second truck race as a team.

“We took a truck to the wind tunnel and had several great runs,” says Brown. “We learned a lot about the attitude of the truck, and were really able to focus on the details and make the changes we needed. It should be a great weekend all around.”

NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series action in New Hampshire will air on SPEED starting at 3:00pm ET on Saturday, September 15.

Jasper Engines and Transmissions has been remanufacturing quality products since 1942 and today is the nation's largest remanufacturer of gas and diesel engines, transmissions, differentials, rear axle assemblies, marine engines, stern drives, performance engines, and electric motors.####
