HILL COLLECTS THIRD CAREER RMCS VICTORY

TWIN FALLS, Idaho -- Tom Hill of Eagle, Idaho was the hottest driver on the coldest night in April and collected his third career CarbonX Rocky Mountain Challenge Series victory on a night that was better suited for racing snowmobiles at Magic Valley Speedway. Hill crossed the finish line ahead of Thane Alderman of Las Vegas, NV who scored his best career RMCS finish in a borrowed racecar. A-1 Heating and Air conditioning Rookie candidate Steve Jones of Boise finished third followed by Sharp Powder Coating quick qualifier Dave Minegar in fourth and teammate Craig Bell rounding out the top five finishers in round one of the championship series.

Hill took advantage when local favorites John Newhouse and Bobby Latham III tangled with less than ten laps remaining in the 75-lap event. While Newhouse and Latham fell to the rear, Hill rolled on to victory.
