Out of the motorsports culture of southern California comes 19-year-old driver Brandon Miller, a late-model stock car driver with the talent and determination to make it to the highest echelon of stock car racing – NASCAR Winston Cup.. Brandon started racing at the age of 11 in go-karts. After a very successful karting career, including numerous national championships and seasons in Europe, Brandon got into stock cars at the age of 17. At his home track of Irwindale Speedway (Irwindale, CA), he was immediately voted “Most Promising Driver” and has finished in the top-10 consistently, even winning against NASCAR Winston Cup driver Tony Stewart.
For the 2001 season, Brandon plans to run the full NASCAR Featherlite Southwest Series, where he is the youngest driver on the tour. He also plans to run some ASA series and Late Model races, hoping to reach Winston Cup by 2004.
