
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA (February 25, 2001) CBA Motorsports has been invited by Bill McAnally, president of Orleans Racing to crew the car driven by Michael Waltrip in the Winston West NAPA Auto Parts 300 on Wednesday, February 28th at the Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Michael Waltrip, winner of the NASCAR Winston Cup Daytona 500 will be driving a car prepared by Orleans Racing.
Daniel Larson, crew chief for CBA Motorsports will lead the CBA Motorsports team as they crew the car. Troy Adams, driver of the #16 NASCAR Featherlite Southwest Tour will have the opportunity to work with Michael Waltrip and learn from a veteran driver. "We look forward to this opportunity to work with Orleans Racing, the Winston West champions, said crew chief Larson. "As a rookie team on the very competitive Southwest Tour, we are looking for experience and knowledge."
CBA Motorsports is in its first year of full competition in the NASCAR Featherlite Southwest Tour. As a rookie team, CBA Motorsports has received valuable help from LTR Racing Engines.
