SONOMA, California — NASCAR Sprint Cup Series drivers Joey Logano, David Reutimann, David Ragan and Max Papis will conclude a two-day test session at Infineon Raceway on Wednesday.
The drivers tested the 10-turn, 1.99-mile road course on Tuesday, and will finish with a half-day session on Wednesday from 9 a.m.-noon. All four are testing in late-model stock cars provided by a Northern California-based race team.
Logano will be coached by road-course veteran Chris Cook, who has also worked with NASCAR drivers Johnny Sauter and Los Gatos’ AJ Allmendinger. Papis will also test and help coach Reutimann and Ragan.
The drivers will return for the Toyota/Save Mart 350 NASCAR weekend, June 19-21 (Father’s Day weekend), at Infineon Raceway. For tickets, call 800-870-RACE or visit www.infineonraceway.com.
