ALTA LOMA, California — Two-time ASA Speed Truck Series Champion, Lee Hatch is coming out of retirement to campaign his No. 91 ASA Speed truck this Saturday night at Toyota Speedway in Irwindale. Santa Ana based Platinum Legal Services is the primary sponsor along with associate sponsorship from Red Dragon Karate supporting this talented drivers return to the track.

When Lee Hatch retired from the ASA Speed Truck Series in 2007 due to work and family commitments, he held the most feature wins record, two championships back-to-back in 2003 & 2004 and he also won the honors of Rookie of The Year in 2002. In 2004, Hatch captured an amazing 12 wins in that season alone. This local driver has accomplished tremendous feats in racing. Growing up he raced Go Karts making a name for himself with seven IKF National Titles and a WKA World Championship.
“I’m very excited to have the opportunity to go racing again,” Hatch replied. “I was fortunate to receive sponsorship dollars to make this happen from Platinum Legal Services and Red Dragon Karate. In 2007, I was promoted and my work hours changed with my position in heavy equipment operating. Also, my wife Gina and I decided to have more children together. Now with two sons, Lee Hatch Jr., Anthony and our baby girl on the way in August, I still haven’t lost my passion for racing. My father, Bryan Hatch who is the team owner, approached me with the proposition to race at Toyota Speedway a couple times this season with the No. 91 truck, I couldn’t say no.”
The BHRM Motorsports team sponsored by Platinum Legal Services Fixing Loans Saving Homes and Red Dragon Karate are practicing this Friday night at Toyota Speedway and racing Saturday night at 7p.m. Autograph session begins at 5:45 p.m. Lee Hatch will be signing autographs and giving away T-shirts and souvenirs from his sponsors.
