Classic Stocks
Harry Michaelian of Lawndale started the race from tenth position and took over the lead from Tommy Agosta of Chino on lap 20 winning the Classic Stocks 30-lap feature race Saturday night (June 27) at TOYOTA Speedway at Irwindale. Michaelian’s victory was his 7th in 8 races and leads the division with 398 points. Agosta finished second while Mike Colato Jr. of Chatsworth finished third in the caution free race.
Legends Cars
Donny St. Ours of Upland took the lead from Ryan Reed of Bakersfield on the final lap of the race to win the 40-lap feature race Saturday night (June 27) at TOYOTA Speedway at Irwindale St. Ours took the lead in spectacular fashion making an inside move on Reed in turn four edging Reed at the finish line by 0.132 of a second and taking over the division points lead from Brandon Toy of Bakersfield. St. Ours scored his third victory in as many starts. Chad Schug of Oak Hills finished third
King Taco Super Trucks
Rod Johnson Jr. of Canyon Country and Grant Hebner of Fallbrook battled for the lead for 11 laps until Johnson took the lead on lap 26 and went on to win the King Taco Super Trucks 40-lap feature race Saturday night (June 27) at TOYOTA Speedway at Irwindale. Johnson scored his third consecutive victory and fourth in the last five races. Hebner finished second and Ron Peterson of Riverside finished third. Division points leader Pat Mintey Jr. of Quartz Hill finished third.
Auto Club Late Models
Reigning division champion Tim Huddleston of Agoura Hills broke away from a three-way battle for the lead between teammate Beau Debard of Reno, NV and Mike Johnson of Covina winning the NASCAR Auto Club Late Model 50-lap feature race at Toyota Speedway in Irwindale. Huddleston scored his fourth win in his last five starts and moved within two points of division leader Nick Joanides. Johnson finished second and Joanides finished third.
Pick Your Part Outlaw Figure 8s
Barefoot Billy Ziemann of Bloomington scored his second win of the season winning the Pick Your Part Outlaw Figure 8 20-lap feature race Saturday night (June 27) at TOYOTA Speedway at Irwindale. Rod Proctor of Riverside of finished second and division points leader Steve Stewart of Long Beach finished third.
