LOUDON, New — Hampshire -- Matt DiBenedetto threw some drama into the Heluva Good! Summer 125 NASCAR Camping World Series East stock car race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway when he passed Ryan Truex on the last lap to win the race.

The two 17-year-olds traded paint during the final lap of the race before DiBenedetto muscled his way to the front as the pair flashed under the checkered flag.

Goodyear is the exclusive tire provider for the Camping World East and West series, as well as for the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series. The three circuits use the same line of Goodyear Eagle bias-ply tires for applications ranging from speedways, like the mile oval at Loudon, to short tracks and road courses. The tires have been very successful.

DiBenedetto led the race twice for 39 laps and averaged 87.182 mph for the 125-lap distance. Truex, bidding to become the third member of his family to win at NHMS, finished .169 of a second behind the winner. Kevin Swindell finished third, followed by Ryan Gifford and Jody Lavender.

The 29 drivers in the starting lineup came from 15 states. There were eight lead changes among four drivers and Truex won the pole with a speed of 125.113 mph during time trials.
