Dave Byrd will be driving the #78 Western Late Model “House Car” for Qualls Stock Car Rentals this Saturday, August 29th, at Madera Speedway, in Madera California, for a special 100 lap “Race for Autism”, as part of the “Race & Ride for Autism Night.”

“I love the idea of bringing all these competitive people together and then working in one cause to raise as much support as we can, to help so many people” explained Dave Byrd. “I know this team will work to put on the best show we can!”

In cooperation with the “Race for Autism” promoter Carlos Vierra, Dave participated in a taped radio interview with Bob Henson of HankFM 106.3, out of Merced California. The chat with Dave is scheduled to be broadcast, as part of Bob’s Big Show, this afternoon between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm throughout California’s Central Valley.

Race & Ride for Autism Night will be one of the largest fundraisers for the "Race For Autism" campaign that is a developed partnership among Autism Speaks, Challenged Family Resource Center, Families for Effective Autism Treatment (F.E.A.T.) and Carlos Vieira Racing.
