The City of Chowchilla will be crawling with great looking hot rods during the day and great looking race cars speeding around the Chowchilla Speedway this Saturday night!
Anyone that wears one of the Chamber of Commerce Car Show t-shirts displaying the Chowchilla Speedway logo will get in free to the races this Saturday night, that’s right free! If you can’t get a car show t-shirt don’t worry as the adult tickets for this great race are just $7.00, and yes we know the movie theatres will be calling again to express how unhappy they are with our super low ticket cost and our super action packed entertainment.
The headliner this week will be the Super Stock class and the Bounty on Mike Shepherd’s back. If another Super Stock driver whips Shepherd in the Main event and his car is still running it is worth about $800.00 to the winning driver!
Point leader Danny Roe and last point race winner Stacy Marlow will attempt to maintain control over the very competitive class of Hobby Stock drivers.
The 4-Bangers are always exciting and the car count looks as though it will be strong with many of the Madera Speedway drivers on an off night looking for a place to play.
Also on the line up are the beautiful Sportsman cars and the super fast Spec Sprint cars and a parade lap for the show cars that come out!
Pit Gates open at 4:00pm, grandstands open at 5:00pm and racing starts at 6:00pm!
