Travis Rutz, a Canadian sprint-car driver who often raced at Skagit Speedway for Rudeen Racing of Monroe, Wash., was injured in an accident Sunday while competing at The Action Track in Terre Haute, Ind. Rutz was life-flighted to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He is currently making progress on his road to recovery, and is showing big signs of progress over the last couple weeks.
